Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machine Operator with expertise in EnRoute to join a dynamic team in Escondido. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Multicam routers, ensuring precision and quality in every project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with various materials and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC Multicam routers, utilizing EnRoute for programming and setup.
• Shape materials such as aluminum and acrylic according to detailed drawings and design specifications.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and any issues to the engineering team and shop manager.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of purchase orders to the purchasing department.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming materials, finished products, and works-in-progress.
• Collaborate with team members to tackle challenges and develop solutions.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the role, continuously improving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in CNC routing.
• Proficiency in EnRoute for programming CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive in managing inventory needs and ensuring timely orders.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Pay range is $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
